Need a team for your startup idea? we got a lot of that.
Welcome to the Hebron Startup Lab, where innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship are fostered in a dynamic community of like-minded individuals. Since its inception, the HSL has been a breeding ground for talents, serving as a launchpad for successful startup projects year after year.
At the heart of the HSL are the Startup Communities, which are the backbone of the Lab. These communities provide a platform for individuals to learn, grow their skills, and get mentored by seasoned professionals. Members of the communities can eventually join the Talent Pool, where they work on incubation projects, carry out leadership roles, and mentor other members of the community.

The Creatives community is made up of students with creative expertise, such as writers, actors, graphic designers, photographers, tech journalists/writers, comedians, and more.
These individuals bring a unique perspective to startup projects and are responsible for the creative direction of digital products. They work with other members of the community to develop compelling content and build strong brands.
The Executives community is made up of students with management expertise, including business analysts, product managers, project managers, product marketing managers, and more.
These individuals are responsible for overseeing the development of startup projects, from ideation to execution. They work with other members of the community to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Founders community is made up of students who have business ideas that require a skilled team to execute.
These individuals are passionate about entrepreneurship and are looking to build their own startups. They work with other members of the community to develop business plans, prototype products, and secure funding.

What is the talent pool?
The talent pool is a select group of skilled and experienced individuals who are handpicked from the startup communities at HSL. These individuals are experts in their fields and are capable of working on startup projects in real time. They are carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience, and recommendations from their peers and mentors.
Members of the talent pool play a critical role in the success of HSL. They work on incubation projects, carry out leadership roles, and mentor those in the startup communities. Their expertise and experience are invaluable assets to the HSL ecosystem.
Working in the talent pool provides members with a unique opportunity to collaborate with other talented individuals, hone their skills, and gain practical experience working on real-world projects. They are given opportunities to lead and manage projects, work with cutting-edge technology, and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
The selection process is rigorous and ensures that only the best and most dedicated individuals are chosen.
